TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS

When should I book my travel?
We recommend booking your flights and accommodations as soon as possible to ensure the best rates and availability. Aim for at least 6 months before the wedding date. The recommended hotels do not allow booking beyond 12 months from our wedding date. The earliest you can book would be July 28, 2025.

Is there a group rate or hotel block?
Yes, there is. Please refer to the Travel and Stay page for more information.

Do I need a passport or visa?
If you're traveling internationally, a valid passport is required. Please check your country’s travel guidelines to ensure you meet entry requirements.

How will I get from the airport to the hotel?
Transportation options include [shuttles, ride-shares, taxis, or car rentals]. We recommend [option] for convenience. Additional details can be found on our wedding website.

EVENT DETAILS

What should I wear?
Attire for the ceremony is cocktail and formal attire. It may be warm, so dress comfortably! It may rain, come prepared! The welcome dinner and farewell brunch are casual, English countryside chic.

Is the ceremony outdoors?
Yes, the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend bringing [e.g., sunscreen, sunglasses, a light wrap].

FOOD & DIETARY NEEDS

Will meals be provided?
Yes! There will be food and drinks at all key events: the welcome dinner, wedding reception, and farewell brunch.

I have dietary restrictions—can you accommodate?
Absolutely. Please let us know when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly with our caterers.

COST & GIFTS

Are we paying for our own travel and lodging?
Yes, guests are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodations, but we’ve arranged discounted rates to help. We will arrange shuttle transportation to and from the venue on our wedding day.

Are you registered for gifts?
Your presence is our greatest gift! However, if you'd like to contribute, you can view our registry here or you can contribute to our honeymoon fund.

KIDS & PLUS-ONES

Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, we kindly request that only children who are immediate family members or part of the bridal party join us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to limited capacity, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. We hope you understand!

ABOUT THE DESTINATION

What’s the weather like?
Expect warm days and breezy evenings. Think breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes. It may rain, so be prepared.

Are there things to do nearby?
Yes! From Roman baths, to Jane Austen tours, to spas, and cheddar cheese tasting. There’s something for everyone. We’ll include a local guide in your welcome bag and on the site.

OTHER DETAILS

Will there be a photographer?
Yes! We’ve got photo and video pros capturing the day. During the ceremony, we kindly ask you to be present and unplugged.
